Graduated in Law in 2006 from the University of Almeria. In January 2010 received the degree of Doctor at the University of Almeria, with the qualification of Outstanding cum laude unanimously. Have two University Experts in Biotechnology and Law (UNED, 2007) and in Family Mediation and Minors (University of Almeria, 2007). In January 2011 obtained the accreditation by ANECA for the position of Assistant Professor Doctor and in May 2013 obtained the accreditation for the position of Associate Professor Doctor by the same Agency. Since December 2021, Professor of Civil Law at the University of Almeria.
Have published 5 monographs -3 collective-, 15 articles -6 of them in impact journals, of which, 1 in an international journal included in SCOPUS and LATINDEX- and more than 10 book chapters. All these publications have been published by various prestigious legal publishers such as La Ley-Wolters Kluver, Atelier, Aranzadi-Thomson Reuters, Edizione Scientifiche Italiane, Comares, Thomson-Civitas.
Regarding pre-doctoral research stays: at the Università degli Studi di Perugia; and post-doctoral stays: at the Università degli Studi di Parma and at the Central Library of the Directorate General for Education and Culture of the European Commission (Brussels). She has also carried out stays in other educational centers: at the University of A Coruña; at the University of Jaén; at the Universitá degli Studi di Pisa and the Universitá degli Studi di Messina, the latter two within the framework of an International Mobility Grant for PDI - Lifelong Learning Programme/ERASMUS. As a transfer of results to society, Is a founding partner of the EBT Universitas Legis Abogados y Consultores since 2013.
